Returns and Exchanges

 

 

1.Returning an Item

While placing orders please take a moment to read the size and material details.

All our pieces are handcrafted so small imperfections are part of the process.

Returns , refunds and exchanges are only allowed in cases of damaged goods received and any such scenario should be notified to us within 48 hrs of receipt . e-mail us on- contact@manifestdesign.in with photos. Please don't Whatsapp us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In some cases we may exhange pieces if the wrong size was ordered but a Rs 500 re-stocking fee will apply per item.

 

2.Return Shipping

once approved for exchange ,items received damaged will need to be shipped back to-

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please use a pre-paid traceable shipping method.

3.Processing of Refunds

We will send you an email notifying you when we receive your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and this will show up in your next credit card billing statement.

4.Late or missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

5.Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
